Clelia has over 20 years of experience in the international fleet insurance market. She is the company’s CEO, overseeing commercial relationships and executing the company strategy.
Tulio Rossi
Tulio has been an IT Director and CIO for over 20 years. He is responsible for the chain of custody, integrity and accuracy of data processes within Carisma.
Juan Prieto
Juan is a banking executive and professional CFO with over 30 years of experience. He is our CFO, responsible for regulatory reporting and ensures best practices in our financial planning and compliance processes.
Jean-Marie Le Goff
Jean-Marie has over 30 years’ experience in both Senior Management & Executive roles for international companies, such as Unisys, American Express, IBM, Reef Internetware and PartnerRe.
He holds degrees in a variety of subjects: Literature, Pedagogy, Philosophy. He also earned an Executive MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is the Chairman of the board for Carisma Group.
Sheena Hennessy
Sheena is a seasoned Insurance & Reinsurance professional with 25 years industry experience, in Broking and Underwriting. She holds degrees in European Studies & Insurance from the University of Limerick, is ACII qualified & earned a post graduate Diploma in Corporate Law & Governance. Sheena is an experienced Board Director and is the INED (Independent Non-Executive Director) for Carisma Group.

Mark is a qualified accountant with 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in insurance. He is our Chief Strategy Officer and oversees financial analysis, management information and strategic planning.
Lisa Casey
Lisa is a qualified accountant with over ten years of experience in the financial services sector. She is our Financial Controller and is responsible for various aspects of financial planning, management, and reporting.
Una Cumming
Una is a Certified Insurance Professional with over 20 years experience in the industry throughout the EU, focusing on Large & Complex Claims, Auditing & Financial Crime Prevention. She is our Head of Retail Distribution with responsibility & oversight of our Broker network & relationship management.
Sandra Sinnott
Sandra is a Certified Insurance Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She is our Compliance Manager with responsibility for and oversight of our relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland. She is also our Company Secretarial Executive with responsibility for managing the governance of our Board.
